Chronic care support

Living with a chronic condition is a routine: medication, check-ups, signs you have to know how to read. This support carries that routine following the plan the vet has set, and flags anything outside what's expected. It doesn't diagnose or change treatments: it holds up the one in place.

Frequently asked questions

Does it replace the vet's check-ups?

No. It's the part between one check-up and the next: giving, observing and recording. Diagnosis and changes to treatment remain the vet's, always.

Which conditions is it for?

The most common are diabetes, kidney failure, heart disease, epilepsy and arthritis. They all share the same thing: sticking to the regime and knowing how to read when something is off.

What information do I need to give?

The vet's report, the full regime and which specific signs to watch for in their case. The more specific, the more useful: «watch whether they drink more than usual» works; «watch that they're all right» doesn't.

Whatever your companion needs, there's someone here ready to provide it.
