Special transport
Airport transfer
Getting to the airport with an animal has its own deadlines and its own desk. This transfer allows for them and travels with a secured carrier and stops if the journey is long. The flight paperwork is still yours: the driver can't sort it out.

Frequently asked questions
How far in advance do you need to arrive?
Checking in an animal takes longer than checking in luggage and is usually done at a separate desk. You work it out from what the airline asks for, which is normally more than the usual.
Do they handle the flight paperwork?
No. The veterinary certificate, the passport and the destination country's requirements are yours and you need to have them beforehand. Whoever is driving can't sort out a missing document at the desk.
Can the animal travel outside the carrier?
Not in the car: they travel secured, as the rules require. Taking them out at the airport depends on each terminal, and it's wise not to count on it.
