Special transport
Vet transfer
Sometimes the problem isn't the appointment, it's getting there. This transfer covers you both ways, and whoever does it is used to handling animals in pain or just out of surgery. You agree whether to wait during the visit or come back later to collect.

Frequently asked questions
Do they wait during the appointment?
For a short consultation it's usually worth waiting; for surgery or a test under sedation, the normal thing is to come back and collect them at the time the clinic gives.
Can they go into the consulting room with them?
If you authorise it and the clinic allows it, yes, and it helps to have someone familiar there. What they can't do is take medical decisions for you: for that you have to be reachable.
And if they've just come out of surgery?
That's one of the cases the service exists for. They're moved carefully, without forcing positions, and you're told when they arrive. It's worth writing down the instructions the clinic gives on discharge.
Whatever your companion needs, there's someone here ready to provide it.
