Drop-in home visit
The drop-in is the simplest service and the most used: someone comes in, checks your animal is well, puts down clean water and food, clears up what needs clearing and tells you about it. Half an hour that turns a long absence into something manageable.

How long is a drop-in visit?
Twenty to thirty minutes is the norm. Enough time to top up water, food, the litter tray or a short trip out, plus a spell of attention. If you need more company time, the companionship visit is what you're after.
How many visits a day are needed?
For a healthy adult cat, one a day is usually enough. For a dog, no: a dog needs to get out, so visits are combined with walks or replaced by them.
Will they tell me if they notice anything odd?
It's part of the service. Vomit, untouched food or different behaviour are reported there and then.
