Booking a service
Updated in October 2026
Booking on Domisik means sending a request: you choose the service, the dates and your animals, and the professional accepts it. You can search and compare without an account; to book you need an account, an animal added and a saved card.

What are you going to book?
Step by step
Step 1 of 3
Search
In ‘Search services’, say what animal you have, what you need, where and when, and tap ‘Search’. You can narrow the search by distance and dates, sort the results and view them as a list or on a map.
In detail
Before booking
TipWith your animal added, you can search by ‘Who for’ and see prices tailored to them.
How to make the request
- On the professional's profile, choose the service under ‘What you need’.
- Choose the dates and, if needed, the time.
- Under ‘Who for’, tick the animals the service is for; you can choose several.
- Tap ‘Request booking’ and check the summary.
- Confirm with ‘Request booking’.
TipThe request doesn't include notes. If you want to tell the professional something, use ‘Message this professional’.
After requesting
You'll see ‘Request sent. We'll let you know as soon as they reply.’ and you'll get an email. The request appears in ‘Bookings’, under ‘Waiting for a reply’, with the deadline for the professional to respond.
If they accept, you'll get the confirmation. If they decline or don't reply in time, the request is cancelled and you're not charged anything. Before you request, the summary tells you how payment will be taken; you'll find the details in the payments guide.
Your booking code
Each booking has a nine-character code that starts with the last two digits of the year (for example, 26…). You'll see it in ‘Bookings’, in the details, in the emails and on your bank statement next to ‘Domisik’. Keep it handy if you contact support.
